Description

The Applied Biosystems™ Protein Expression Sample Preparation Kit contains the reagents required for the preparation of target and control cell lysates for use with TaqMan™ Protein Expression Assay experiments. The Cell Lysis Reagent is a buffered detergent solution, which is combined with user-supplied protease and phosphatase inhibitors, and used to lyse adherent or nonadherent cultured cells under nondenaturing conditions. The Cell Resuspension Buffer is used to resuspend the cells before adding the lysis reagent and to dilute the lysates in preparation for the assay-binding step.
