Description

The Invitrogen Buffer Kit provides high quality, RNase free buffers for critical RNA analysis procedures. The kit consists of one 100 mL bottle of each of the following solutions: 1M Tris pH 7.0, 1M Tris pH 8.0, 5M NaCl, 1M MgCl2, 0.5M EDTA pH 8.0, 2M KCl, 5M Ammonium Acetate, and DEPC-treated H2O. Ammonium Acetate is sterile filtered. All other solutions are autoclaved post-packaging to ensure sterility. These reagents are rigorously tested for contaminating nonspecific endonuclease, exonuclease, and RNase activity.
