Reactor construction for maintaining temperature. KGW-Isotherm Stationary Reaction Vessel Assembly with NW 100 Flange, 500mL includes: a heatable reactor with a J-valve, a DN 15 adaptor for the thermostat hose, lid with sockets, supporting device, propeller stirrer and frame of V2A tubes.

Reactor construction consists of the following:

  • Heatable 500mL reactor NW 100 flange and a J valve, 10mm closing by spring pressure
  • Metal adapter DN15 male thread M16x1 for thermostat hose and PTFE flat gasket
  • Lid with sockets:
    • Three (3) angular side sockets NS 29/32
    • One (1) center socket NS 29
    • O-ring, FEP coated
  • Supporting device
  • V4A propeller stirrer (shaft 10)
  • Stirrer coupling
  • Dynamic stirrer seal
  • Frame made out of V2A stainless steel tubes
