Description
- Pneumatically operated: two bellows made from PTFE reciprocate horizontally
- Pumping frequency is much lower than an equivalent diaphragm pump
- All AstiPure PFD pump wetted components are manufactured with High Purity PFA and PTFE
- All other components are manufactured with high technology materials, such as PVDF and PEEK, ensuring no ionic contamination, even if there is a bellows failure
- Pumps are assembled in cleanroom, tested with DI water, cleaned, then double sealed in plastic bags
- No metal parts (internal or external)
- Easy maintenance
