Designed for harsh environments. Mettler Toledo™ InLab OptiOx™ DO Sensor is an optical dissolved oxygen sensor with an integrated temperature probe and easy-to-replace sensor caps. The robust and manageable design uses RDO technology and is well suited for a wide range of applications.
Brand: Mettler Toledo™ 51344622
Description
The OptiOx™ optical measuring system easily determines dissolved oxygen based on reliable RDO (Rugged Dissolved Oxygen) technology. This portable system with an ergonomic and robust design is ideally equipped for use in the laboratory (e.g. in quality monitoring) or, when fitted with the protective guard, in harsh field environments.
- Stable results, rapid response: OptiOx is fast, precise and produces highly reproducible results; because it does not chemically consume oxygen, stirring the sample is unnecessary
- Immediately ready for use: The system requires no polarization time prior to measurement and rarely requires calibration
- Easy handling, zero maintenance: Optical measurement requires no membranes or electrolyte solutions; the entire system is waterproof and dustproof (IP67)
- Replaceable sensor cap: Provides reliable results for an entire year; when the system indicates the need for a change, simply remove the old cap and fit a new one
- Durable protective guard: A stainless steel guard provides optimum protection in demanding environments and acts as a sinker for deeper measurement locations
- Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) adapter: This special adapter enables quick and easy measurement in all current types of BOD bottles
- Always the right temperature: The integrated temperature probe guarantees measurement with the right temperature compensation
