PEP-015 is an 11 amino acid (amino acids 29-39) synthetic peptide whose sequence is from the amino end of SERCA3 that is conserved in mouse, rat, and human SERCA3. The sequence of this peptide is (amino to carboxy terminus): V-T-D-A-R-E-R-Y-G-P-NThis peptide may be used for neutralization and control experiments with the polyclonal antibody that reacts with this product and serca3, catalog # PA1-910A. Using a solution with equal weights per unit volume of peptide and corresponding antibody will yield a solution with a large molar excess of peptide that is able to competitively bind the antibody.Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water.
