Human Dnmt3a (residues 86-100) Synthetic Peptide, PEP-116, from Invitrogen.
PEP-116 is two 15 amino acid synthetic peptides whose sequences are derived from amino acids 86-100 of human Dnmt3a protein with a carboxy-terminal cysteine added for carrier protein conjugation. The sequence of this peptide is (amino to carboxy terminus): D (86)-L-L-P-N-G-D-L-E-K-R-S-E-P-Q (100)-CThis peptide may be used for neutralization and control experiments with the polyclonal antibody that reacts with this product and human Dnmt3a, catalog # PA1-882. Using a solution of peptide of equal volume and concentration to the corresponding antibody will yield a large molar excess of peptide (∼70-fold) for competitive inhibition of antibody-protein binding reactions.Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water.Specifications
