Our Response to the COVID-19 Outbreak
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your support and patience as the number of cases and countries impacted by COVID-19 grows daily. We continue to work with our supplier partners to increase our inventories of critical products where possible so we can meet our customer requests.
Due to the high demand for personal protective equipment (PPE), hand sanitizer, disinfectants and viral specimen collection kits, our inventories are limited. We are prioritizing orders for those customers directly involved in containing the spread of COVID-19. This includes government, high volume patient testing sites, first responders, healthcare customers and workers supporting patient testing and vaccine development.
Our core PPE and specimen collection suppliers are scaling their production to support us. We are also working with an expanded group of suppliers globally to increase our inventories and expediting freight modes wherever possible, but the recovery will take time.
We realize you need information. Our teams are doing everything possible to manage the significant volume of customer inquiries. We ask for your understanding as we do our best to respond.
